• Anonymous guest questionnaire participation

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

4. Free and Premium Tiers

Date Matchr offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: 5 match links per month (resets monthly)
• Premium Tier: Unlimited match links and additional features (subscription required)

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.

5. User Content and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

6. AI Analysis Disclaimer

The compatibility analysis provided by Date Matchr is generated using artificial intelligence and is for informational purposes only. The Service does not guarantee:

• Accuracy of compatibility predictions
• Success of any relationship
• That matches will result in dates or relationships

You acknowledge that compatibility analysis is subjective and should not be the sole basis for relationship decisions.
